Audax Soccer Club – Refund & Financial Commitment Policy

By accepting a roster spot with Audax Soccer Club, families are committing to the full seasonal year (Fall + Spring).

Club fees are non-refundable once a player accepts a roster spot, as costs are committed in advance (league registration, fields, coaches, administration, etc.).

If a player withdraws or leaves the club mid-season, the family remains responsible for the full-year financial obligation, including any outstanding balance.

Payment plans are offered for convenience only and do not change the total amount due.

Uniforms, league fees, player cards, and any third-party processing fees are non-refundable.

Limited exceptions (serious injury, relocation, extraordinary circumstances) may be reviewed case-by-case at the club’s discretion.

Registration constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy.
